Solo Dance
originally started as a reclining piece resting on a cylindrical stone. Hoping to give it more life and visual interest I decided to tip it up on point. While this piece is relatively small, I plan to do a larger scale bronze for use as a potential garden or pond feature.

This piece was first exhibited at Minneapolis' Gallery 13 during the Society of Minnesota Sculptor's 2013 Annual Exhibition.

​Solo Dance was one of 48 sculptures nationally selected to appear in the National Sculpture Society's Awards Exhibition held in Brookgreen Gardens SC in 2014.

Morning depicts a male figure stretching in the early morning. The initial piece in a dark brown patina is now in a private Minneapolis collection. The piece can be patinated in cream, green, chestnut brown, and jet black.

This piece was first exhibited at Minneapolis' Public Functionary Gallery during the Society of Minnesota Sculptor's 2016 Annual Exhibition.

Morning received the 2nd Place Ribbon in the 2018 Society of Minnesota Sculptors Awards Exhibition held at the Phipps Center for the Arts.

​The Archer
depicts an archer with bow shortly after the arrow release. The bronze figure is wearing a multicolored beaded-stone loincloth. This piece was first exhibited at Minnesota Landscape Arboretum during the Society of Minnesota Sculptor's 2017 Annual Exhibition.

The Archer was also selected as a Spotlight Artist Piece in the Saint Paul Art Crawl and put on special exhibition at the Schmidt Brewery Landmark Gallery.

The bronze figure can be patinated in cream, apple green (seen here), chestnut brown, or jet black.

My Sculpture Commissions include.....
a commemorative portraiture of a nationally known, local amateur golf champion displayed in the Club House of a Minneapolis golf course and a portraiture piece for clients on display it at their home in Thailand

Gymnast, my first bronze piece, received the highest recognition at the Minnesota Sculpture show in the Premier Gallery, downtown Minneapolis. (Winter 2002-2003). This male figure also received a Blue Ribbon at a sculptural exhibition at Master Framers in Saint Paul’s Lowertown and received the Award of Excellence at the Society of Minnesota Sculptors' Fall 2003 Exhibition.​

​This may be my most "classical" sculpture. The tall figure balanced on a polished, pivoting bronze ball received the Best of Show award for the 2015 Society of Minnesota Sculptors Exhibition held at the Great Hall of the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.

Seeking Center originally stood on a truncated pyramidal bronze base, but the second generation has the dancer on a bronze ball.

​This piece received the Minnesota Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designer's (ASID) Designer's Choice Award at the Art Resources Gallery in International Market Square, Minneapolis (April 2003).

Seeking Center also received Honorable Mention at the Society of Minnesota Sculptors Spring 2005 Exhibition at the Minnetonka Center for the Arts.

In 2012, a variation on the piece received Best in Show at the Society of Minnesota Sculptors Annual Exhibition at the Phipps Center for the Arts, Hudson Wisconsin.
